Ryeland Sheep

The Ryeland breed of sheep is one of the oldest in Britain, originating around Hereford. Ryelands are popular with smallholders and new sheep-keepers because they are small sheep, docile and easy to handle.

About us

Based in Carnoustie, Angus, the Rosedean flock of pedigree Coloured Ryelands was established in 2007 and now has 15 breeding ewes.
