Wallace and Winter are now on two feeds a day – 7am and 7pm. They’re also getting some ewe nuts at lunchtime – just to stave off the hunger pangs. Wallace’s registration application has gone off to the Flock Book Society.
All the other ewes and lambs are now at Barry Mill; the lambs have had their second Heptavac vaccination and they’ve all been sprayed with Crovect insecticide, to help prevent fly strike.
Our 2016 fleeces have been delivered to The Natural Fibre Company and should be processed in mid-July in two batches, one dark and one light.
