Faulty or damaged items
If anything you order from us is found to be faulty upon arrival, or is damaged in transit, you may return it to us for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To arrange a return of faulty or damaged goods please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. If the item was damaged in transit please include a photograph of the damage.
We are happy to accept the return of unwanted items within 7 days of delivery provided they remain sealed, unopened, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the items have been opened they may not be returned for resale.
You are responsible for paying the postage costs of the return of unwanted items, and ensuring they are returned in saleable condition.
